  Riyadh : Close to 2 million Muslims from around the world have performed Umrah at the Grand Mosque in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Saudi Arabia since the start of the holy month of Ramadan on April 2, 2022, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported. “Since the beginning of the first day of the holy month of Ramadan until the tenth day of Ramadan, nearly two million pilgrims have bought Ramadan Umrah Packages and were delegated to the Grand Mosque in line with the precautionary measures,” Osama bin Mansour, the deputy head of the Presidency General for Affairs of the two holy Mosques for congregation management said.
