People can shop everything from Bin Dawood in Makkah which is situated under the Clock Tower buildings and another branch is situated at the right side of the clock building. People can buy every item of food, cosmetic, and many other things there, Bin Dawood is a supermarket.

Most of the People say Madina is cheaper than Makkah. In Madina, Taiba center is the main shopping center. Nowadays, there are many shopping malls and supermarkets in Madina and Makkah with the best facilities. Muslims can buy everything there what they want but they should take care of it during the Umrah journey that their purpose is not shopping in these holy cities rather they have only one purpose in coming to these cities, only pray from Allah, so that, they can get rid of sins and can get the Jannah (Paradise/Heaven).

Nearly 2 million pilgrims performed Umrah since the start of Ramadan

  Riyadh : Close to 2 million Muslims from around the world have performed Umrah at the Grand Mosque in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Saudi Arabia since the start of the holy month of Ramadan on April 2, 2022, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported. “Since the beginning of the first day of the holy month of Ramadan until the tenth day of Ramadan, nearly two million pilgrims have bought Ramadan Umrah Packages and were delegated to the Grand Mosque in line with the precautionary measures,” Osama bin Mansour, the deputy head of the Presidency General for Affairs of the two holy Mosques for congregation management said.
